A Walk to Remember OST from Switchfoot

It can get crazy sometimes, juggling my precious time in between wedding preps, career concerns, thesis, and a whole lot more.  I'm so glad music can instantly soothe my frazzled nerves.  So for today's laid back Friday (before another hectic Monday begins!), let me share with you a nice, slow song from Switchfoot, one of my husband-to-be's favorite Christian bands.  The title of the song is You.  If it sounds familiar, it's lifted from the movie A Walk to Remember which starred Mandy Moore.  Turn up the volume and listen :-)

Ooh, I might even make it as our SDE music ;-)  *wink*  *wink*

AVP Song Suggestion: The Simple Things by Jim Brickman

I love, love this song by Train.  But then again, I can have another AVP, can't I?  ;-P

When I first watched this same day edit (SDE), I couldn't resist researching who sang the song, and what were the words used for the lyrics.  It turns out that it was another chart-topper by Jim Brickman.  Great vocals + nice lyrics + a romantic violin rendition = a hit AVP music!  I'd definitely find a way to use this for one of my AVPs.

AVP Song Suggestion : Marry Me (First Dance Mix) by Train

The first time I heard this song, I knew I was going to use this for the wedding.  I haven't decided yet whether to use it for the Intro / Welcome AVP, Prenup AVP1 (Imagine Nation), Prenup AVP2 (DIY Version), or our First Dance as it is aptly labeled 'First Dance Mix' (that is, if I ever get to learn how to dance properly).  I love this mix, and I'll just figure out where I will use it.
